Good News!!!!!!!!

Another great thing that happened yesterday was that I finally found out that I passed my state boards and have my CA license I am a RN :) now all I need to do is switch it over to CO so that I can start looking for a job which we need really bad right now....I couldnt stop smiling all day yesterday. It was very nerveracking waiting to see if you passed the hardest test of your lifetime :)

V-Day 2009

Okay so I am sitting on the couch Friday night hanging out with Chris when the doorbell goes off....so I answer it and it is a flower delivery person with some little roses for me I was totally surprised. First of all Chris cant keep a secret for anything so I was really amazed that he kept this one I had no idea that the flowers were coming :) lol after I was alittle mad cause I would have gotten him flowers but he had said no flowers to help save money lolol oh well I love my flowers

On the actual Valentines day we decided to go out for a brunch instead of dinner (since it is always busy lol) So Chris took me to a little eatery downtown....there was a long wait when we got there but it was really cute inside and the food was really good as well :)

2nd hike of the year.....

Well Chris and I decided to go on another hike yesterday. We decided to go to the other end of Castlewood Canyon this time......unfortunately for us it had been warmer the past few weeks since the last time we went and snow had melted, which meant lots of mud :( Sadly the amount of mud that we ran into cut the hike short we decided that we would come back later in the spring when the mud is gone :) There was a cave that we wanted to hike up too...but the trail was very muddy and icy and it went straight up....which scared us alittle since Chris had already fallen on his butt lolol I tried to save hime but it didnt work.

On Feb. 2nd my sister delivered her first baby my little niece Dallis Shae.....Congrats!!!!!

Things you may and may not wanna know about me......

Here are 25 random things about me I could have gone on with more things...it was fun :)

1. I absolutely and totally love tootsie rolls they are my fav candy

2. I love to go hiking, and want my hubby to go bacIpacking with me

3. I love the color purple

4. I love tigers

5. I would love to be a runner, but as of right now I couldn't run to save my life

6. I could eat mexican food 24/7....which is one of the reasons I need to lose 30lbs lol

7. I want to go to Scotland, Ireland, Germany, and New england

8. I love to read and hate putting a book down once I have started it

9. I used to do ballet for 5 years

10. I love horror/scary movies...although I cant watch them by myself cause I get scared

11. I want a husky...they are gorgeous animals

12. I want to have a house that belongs to me that we dont rent

13. I love coffee and dont know how I survived without it in my life

14. I dont know how I ever lived without my cell phone, it follows me from room to room :)

15. I love watching TLC cause it has shows like...."Jon & Kate plus eight", "17 kids and counting", etc

16. I finally have my nursing degree

17. I detest having to get gas in my car

18. I love sitting inside with a good book and watching the snow fall outside

19. Fall is my favorite season, I love it when the trees change color and the smell of autumn in the air

20. I want a subaru forester it is my dream car...took one for a test drive and didnt want to get out of the car

21. I love taking pics...I am a pictureholic...drove everybody in my nursing class crazy

22. Love CO but miss my friends in CA like crazy

23. Would love to learn how to scrapbook if I had enough money

24. Loves the taste of most reduced fat items better than the originals
